The front desk staff was very hospitable during my check-in. He ensured someone took my luggage to my room. He also provided good recommendations for local attractions. The hotel location was perfect.
The room felt almost like I was in a cellar. The window was level with the pavement and the street. My wife did not feel very comfortable in that room.

The rooftop patio do have great views. I am grateful the breakfast includes a good variety of foods. The location are excellent for access to main attractions. The room had a fridge, which I am thankful for.
The gym are below average. The air con do not work as well as expected. I feel the rooms need updating, specifically the furniture. The decor are also outdated to me.

The location was good (very convenient for sightseeing). The room included complimentary water.
The room I was assigned felt quite outdated. The furniture seemed worn, and the carpeting looked rather tired. The noise from the street was noticeable, even with the windows closed. I found it difficult to sleep well because of this.

The staff treated us like royalty! osman, mert, and rohat were kind and helpful. they even provided an istanbulkart for public transport. This saved us a lot of hassle. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! the coffee was excellent too!
the rooftop bar and restaurant was closed due to the season. i wish it had been open for a meal with a view. it would have been amazing!!!

i found the breakfast buffet offered a fabulous selection including gözleme made to order i loved the rooftop bar and restaurant it provided nice meals and a spot to watch the sunset the staff gave really good recommendations and assistance i thought they were good.
